This year again visitors of Positivus festival can send the necessary belongings to the festival venue and back home through Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts. Moreover, this year it can be done right from home, office or another place convenient for the customer. When the customer buys the special Positivus ticket Mantu piegāde ar kurjeru (Delivery of baggage by courier) or orders this service on the website of Latvijas Pasts positivus.pasts.lv, the courier will come to pick up the belongings. If it is more convenient to use the services of a post office, the belongings for Positivus can also be posted from one of the 33 Latvijas Pasts post offices.
In order to use express delivery services to send the necessary belongings, such as tents, sleeping bags, clothes or rubber boots, to the tent camping site of Positivus festival, the special Positivus ticket Mantu piegāde ar kurjeru (Delivery of baggage by courier) should be bought on the festival website https://www.positivusfestival.com/lv/biletes/ until the 12th of July or this service should be ordered on the dedicated website of Latvijas Pasts https://positivus.pasts.lv/lv/positivus until the 13th of July.
The ticket owners will have to contact Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts by calling the phone number indicated on the purchased ticket to agree on the preferred time when the courier can come to pick up the belongings: the courier will also help to make up and package the item. If the courier is called through the website https://positivus.pasts.lv/lv/positivus, the forms required to fulfil the order will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address and the specialists of Eksprespasts will contact the customer themselves.
To apply for the sending service, visit the website https://positivus.pasts.lv/lv/positivus, select the needed service: sending the belongings to the festival only or return sending to and from the festival, and pay for the service electronically on the same website. Depending on the service selected, the sender will receive one or two forms to his or her email address after the payment has been made. Each form should be printed in three copies, filled in and returned to the courier or any of the 33 dedicated post offices accepting the items to Positivus festival together with the belongings to be sent. One copy of the form will be attached to the item, the other will be kept by the post office, and the third has to be kept by the sender.
The belongings to be sent to the tent camping site of Positivus festival should be handed over to the courier or posted from at any of the 33 post offices until the 13th of July: nine of the post offices are located in Riga and the rest are in other large cities. When posting the belongings from one of the post offices equipped with the customer flow management system, the customer should select the button Nodot Positivus sūtījumu (Posting Positivus item) in the queuing ticket machine and this customer will be serviced in priority order. In turn, using the Latvijas Pasts mobile app on the smartphone and choosing the corresponding Positivus service, the customer can apply for the posting of his or her belongings from these post offices remotely, thus saving his or her time.

The items will have to be placed in the special boxes designed for Positivus festival that will be provided by the courier or employee of the post office. The boxes have specially adapted dimensions of 56x40x34 cm. If the size of the item is larger, the courier or employee of the post office will help the customer to pack it.
The items may be collected from the stand of Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts at the tent camping site in the festival venue starting from the 13th of July. The items will be issued to the indicated addressee upon presentation of an identity document.
The couriers of Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts will carry out the deliveries of the items back home on the 18th and 19th of July, calling the recipient in advance and agreeing on the exact delivery time.
