Submissions
The addressee has the right to extend the term of storage of the cross-border registered or insured postal item received at the post office to two months from the date of receipt thereof.
If you are the recipient of the and know the item number, you can apply for the service at any post office by submitting a completed submission to the (customers who have entered into a contract may apply for the service in the sales part of the services of Latvijas Pasts VAS).
The following information shall be mandatory in the application:
- The number of the consignment;
- The sender;
- The name and contact details of the legal person of the addressee (contact phone and e-mail address);
- The time limit for extending the storage of the consignment.
Important!
The completed application may be submitted to any post office. The application shall be examined not later than within three working days.
Price List
Parcels and letter-post items containing goods or small items are additionally charged for storage at the post office of 0,50 €/day(excluding holidays and public holidays). The charge shall not apply to letter-post items weighing less than 500 g.
