Education: Master's degree in Business Management “Riga School of Economics” and Engineering “Riga Technical University”.

Caspar Rocken is an expert in energy construction with experience in managing multinational companies. Currently there is deputy chairman of the   Council of Latvenergo as   and CEO of Volburg   Ltd. In the past, he was a   board Member and operational director of the company AS   “RB rail”, and Chairman of the board of directors of the construction company SIA   “vault”  . For several years he managed subsidiaries of the   Schneider Electric   Group in the Baltics.

Māris Macijevskis

Education:   Master's degree in International Economics at the University of Latvia, Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management at the Riga School of Economics and International GFA degree will finance.

Marim Maciewski has experience in the high-tech sector, finance, as well as transport. Currently there is a Member of the   Council of the VAS   “Road traffic Safety Directorate”. He has previously served as finance director and board Member at   Nasdaq  -listed high-tech company   Hansamatrix, as well as holding senior positions in the corporate finance field of AS   Citadele banka  .

Remuneration of members of the Management Board

The remuneration of the members of the board of directors of the VA “Latvijas Pasts” has been determined on the basis of the requirements of the Law on the Management of capital shares and capital companies of a public person and Cabinet Regulation No. 63 of 4 February 2020, Regulations regarding the number of members of the board of directors and Council of capital companies of a public person and public private capital companies, as well as the maximum amount of the monthly remuneration of members of the board of directors and Council, as well as the Guidelines for the Determination of remuneration of the Board and Council members of capital companies of a public person and public private capital companies of a Coordination Centre of the Agency.

VAS Latvijas Pasts is to be divided into a group of large capital companies and the monthly remuneration of the chairperson of its board of directors is set at EUR 10 225, while the members of the board of directors – EUR 9202.
