Mail redirection

You can redirect shipments to a different address. This option applies to:

  • standard and registered letter shipments (both domestic and international);
  • underpaid letter shipments;
  • notifications about shipment receipt, delivery, charges, or registration;
  • notifications regarding the delivery of a registered or insured domestic shipment.
Mail redirection

You can pay for the service in cash, by card, or via bank transfer.

Apply for redirection at a customer centre or post office by completing an application form and providing the following:

  • the company name;
  • the address from which the mail should be redirected;
  • the address to which the mail should be redirected;
  • the redirection period (the service must be requested for a minimum of one month).

Please note!

If the redirection is requested by an authorised person, they must provide an authorisation confirming their right of representation and present a valid identity document.

Additional service

E-reminder

This service includes a free text message reminder sent 10 days before the end of the redirection period.
You can request it at a customer centre or post office when applying for mail redirection.
The additional service is provided free of charge.

Please note!

The service starts on the fifth working day after the application is received. The e-reminder includes a free text message sent 10 days before the end of the paid redirection period. You can request the e-reminder together with mail redirection at a customer centre or post office.
