After receiving a notice in Your letterbox or an SMS about a shipment available at a Customer Centre or post office, You can request delivery to the specified address.

  • You can request the service by calling the phone number indicated in the notice.
  • The delivery fee will be collected at the time the shipment is handed over.

Good to know!

When collecting a registered or insured shipment at the specified Customer Centre or post office, You must present a valid identity document.

By presenting a driver’s licence, You can collect a registered or insured shipment with a value of up to €150.
A shipment can be collected without a notice form if the shipment number is known.
