Redirection of shipments

Redirection of shipments is our additional service that ensures redirection and delivery of shipment to another location (address, Post office/Customer centre or Parcel lockes) that differs from the original address or place of delivery.

How to redirect a shipment?

If you have applied for SMS notifications, you will receive SMS with redirection link.  You can redirect your shipment to:

  • Post office/Customer centre
  • Parcel locker
  • Different address

Receive invitation SMS to receive your shipment at Post office/ Customer centre.

Follow the unique link to select new delivery location.

You will receive a new SMS when your shipment is delivered to the new location

If your shipment is delivered to parcel locker, it cannot be redirected to another location. 

Redirection is not possible for the following shipments:

  • Shipments that are subject to Customs control.
  • Registered or insured shipments for delivery to our parcel lockers accompanied by a Deivery notice;
  • Cash-on-delivery shipments or those exceeding size of 38 cm x 38 cm x 58 cm for delivery to our parcel lockers;
  • If the sender has not provided recipient's telephone number and recipient has not applied to receive SMS notifications.
