If you’re the recipient and want to change or correct the shipment address, you can apply now for this service. Submit a free-form application at any customer centre or post office, or send it to info@pasts.lv signed with a secure electronic signature.

The application must include:

• Shipment number
• Sender
• Recipient’s full name and contact details (phone number and email address)
• The originally specified address the shipment was sent to
• The new address the shipment should be sent to

Remember, under the Postal Law and the Universal Postal Convention, the sender is responsible for the address indicated on the postal shipment.

If you’ve provided an incorrect or incomplete address (for example, the wrong flat or house number, or country) for a cross-border postal shipment, you can change or correct it. This service is available for registered and insured shipments.

To do this:

• Submit an application with the required supporting documents at a customer centre or post office
• Complete the application, sign it with a secure electronic signature, and send it to info@pasts.lv

If you’re the recipient, you’ll need to contact the sender so they can submit the application to us.
