If you’re the sender, you can apply at any customer centre or post office by submitting an application and showing the original receipt or proof of shipment.
If you’re the recipient, you’ll need to contact the sender so they can submit an application to Pasts to change the cash-on-delivery amount.
The application must include:
- Shipment number
- Sender’s full name and contact details (phone and email)
- Sender’s address
- Recipient’s full name or business name
- Recipient’s address
- The originally specified cash-on-delivery amount
- The new cash-on-delivery amount, which must not exceed the insured value of the shipment
