Authorisation to collect shipments

Shipments are issued either to You as the recipient or to a person authorised by You.

  • Fill in the authorisation form and visit a Customer Centre or Post Office;
  • Or complete the authorisation form electronically.

Authorisation setup

Easily create an authorisation at a customer centre or post office:
present your identity document, provide the authorised person’s full name and personal ID number, and choose either an open-ended or fixed-term authorisation.

Set up authorisation online

Easily create an authorisation using a secure electronic signature:
provide the authorised person’s name and personal ID number, specify the validity period, sign the authorisation with a secure electronic signature, and send it to info@pasts.lv.
