Shipment redirection

Shipment redirection allows You to have the shipment delivered to an address or delivery location of Your choice, different from the original address.

How to redirect a shipment?

If You’ve signed up for SMS notifications, You’ll receive a text message with a link to redirect Your shipment. You can choose to redirect it to:

  • a customer service centre or post office;
  • a different address;
  • a parcel locker.

You’ve already received a text message about your shipment

Tap the unique link in the SMS and choose a new delivery location for your shipment.

Once it’s delivered to the new address, you’ll receive an updated text message.

Please note:

If the shipment has already been delivered to a parcel locker, it can no longer be redirected.

Redirection is not available for:

  • shipments subject to customs control;
  • registered or insured shipments addressed to our parcel lockers with a proof of delivery requirement;
  • cash-on-delivery shipments addressed to our parcel lockers if the parcel exceeds the maximum size limits of 38 × 38 × 58 cm;
  • shipments where the sender has not provided the recipient’s phone number and the recipient has not signed up for SMS notifications.
