The SMS will arrive faster than a printed notification.
Knowing where and when to collect your shipment helps you plan your day better.
If anything changes, you can easily redirect your shipment to another parcel locker or even hand it over to a courier to bring it straight to your home.
If you’ve chosen your nearest parcel locker, we’ll immediately route your shipment there.

SMS notifications

Sign up to receive SMS notifications by providing your contact information, and you’ll get an SMS inviting you to collect your shipment. In the application form, select the parcel locker that’s most convenient for you so your shipments are delivered there directly.

How to sign up?

You can sign up for the service on the self-service site manspasts.lv by authenticating with a Smart ID qualified electronic signature.

Don’t have Smart-ID?

No problem — you can also sign up at any customer centre or post office, or by using the “Pastnieks mājās” service.

I want to redirect my shipment

When you receive an SMS, you can easily redirect your shipment — to another parcel locker or even for delivery right to your door.

Don’t want to receive SMS notifications?

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time using the Mans Pasts portal. If you can’t do it yourself, we’ll help you at any customer centre or by sending a postman to your home.

Please note!

We can place shipments in parcel lockers only if they do not exceed 38 × 38 × 58 cm. If your shipment is larger, you’ll be able to collect it at a post office or customer centre. Keep in mind that not all types of shipments can be redirected to parcel lockers, and locker availability may affect delivery speed.
