Additional services

We offer same-day parcel locker options, doorstep delivery, as well as Saturday and evening courier services.

Lift-assist service

Delivery of bulky items that require an additional person for unloading.

Additional conditions for deliveries with unloading:

  • Maximum weight per item is 75 kg. If the shipment exceeds this, the recipient must assist the couriers and accepts responsibility in case of damage.
  • You are responsible for correctly applying for the service.
  • Delivery time is arranged in advance.
  • Delivery includes carrying items up to the 5th floor if no lift suitable for the item is available.
  • The service is not available if door dimensions, stairways, or other room features prevent the delivery of bulky items.

Same-day parcel lockers

This service is available to customers with a signed cooperation agreement. Shipments are delivered to parcel lockers in Rīga, Ādaži, Carnikava, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Ķekava, Ogre, Olaine, and Salaspils.

Saturday courier deliveries

This service is available to customers with a signed cooperation agreement. When preparing a shipment via the self-service platform, you must select the Saturday delivery option for each applicable shipment.

  • Saturday deliveries are available until 16:00 in Rīga, Mārupe, Daugavpils, Jēkabpils, Kuldīga, Liepāja, Rēzekne, and Valmiera.
  • Saturday delivery is not available for bulky shipments.
  • A €1.00 surcharge applies in addition to the standard shipment fee.

Evening deliveries

This service is available to customers with a signed agreement. Shipments are delivered between 18:00 and 21:00. When preparing a shipment via the self-service platform, you must select the evening delivery option for each applicable shipment.

The service is available in Zone 1 and Zone 2 cities.

Identity verification at the parcel locker.

With this service, we ensure verification of the recipient’s identity at the moment of parcel collection at the parcel locker. Identification is carried out securely using Smart-ID or eParaksts.

The service is available to customers who have signed an agreement for the use of the service

Creating shipment

When creating a shipment, you can select the required additional service: on the self-service website (manually), or via the API. The recipient’s personal identification number must be provided.

Informing the recipient

When the parcel is placed in the locker, we send the recipient an SMS containing: the pickup code, information that identity verification will be required before collecting the parcel.

Identity verification at the parcel locker

At the parcel locker, the recipient enters the pickup code. A screen will display a menu to choose the identification method – Smart-ID or eParaksts. After selecting the method, an identification request is sent to the recipient’s smart device.

Receiving parcel

After successful identification, the parcel locker compartment door opens and the recipient can collect the parcel.
