State joint stock company Latvijas Pasts (hereinafter - VAS Latvijas Pasts), unified Regi. Nr.40003052790, registered office: On 19 August 2025, Ziemelu Street 10, Riga Airport, Marupes Parish, Marupes District, LV-1000, submitted to the public Utilities Commission a postal tariffs project calculated in accordance with the “methodology for calculating the tariffs of the Universal Postal Service”.

Tariffs for the universal postal service will come into force in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Law on Regulators of public Utilities. The deadline for the coming into force of the VAS Latvijas Pasts tariffs is offered on January 1, 2026.

Changes in tariffs are related to changes in customers' habits, reduction of traditional mail volume, increase of transport and logistics costs in international settlements, increase of energy prices and increase of employees' remuneration.

From January 1, 2026, the amount of the discount will be changed for tracked, recorded and insured items and manspasts.lv on the customer self-service site mans.pasts.lv. Universal postal service items will be made up of EUR 0.46, excluding value added tax.

Changes to the special tariffs for the Universal Postal Service are also planned from January 1, 2026. With the changes in the special tariffs for the Universal Postal Service, changes will be made to the terms and conditions for the provision of services the application of special tariffs for domestic and cross-border postal items, the updated terms and conditions for the provision of services before their entry into force will be available on the customer self-service site My Mail manspasts.lv in its user profile under the section “services attached to the contract”.
