Receive your shipment at a parcel locker

You can receive a shipment at a parcel locker if it was created at another postal parcel locker, a Customer Centre, a Post Office, via the self-service website, or in an online store.
At the parcel locker, the shipment is stored for up to 7 days and is trackable.

At the time of delivery, the addressee will receive an SMS with the parcel locker address and a code to open the compartment.

Storage up to 7 days

Shipments are stored in the parcel locker for up to seven days. The addressee receives a reminder when the storage period is about to expire.

Receiving items from online stores

Conveniently receive shipments from Latvian and international online stores that offer delivery to Post parcel lockers.

Storage function

Choose the option to send a shipment to the same parcel locker using the storage function – a solution suitable when secure temporary storage is needed.

E-invitations

Sign up for e-invitations by providing Your contact details, and You will receive an SMS notification when it’s time to collect Your shipment. In the application form, select Your most convenient parcel locker so that future shipments are delivered exactly there.
